Job Requirements

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Oversee the dining room and manage guest seating
- Place large parties appropriately to optimize seating flow
- Act as a goodwill ambassador to guests creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with front of house team to maintain smooth service
- Ensure the dining area complies with health and safety standards
- Assist in resolving guest issues and special requests
