The role is designed for an individual who is passionate about providing top-tier customer service and has previous experience in hospitality, retail, or the beauty industry. The Maison Host acts as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that every guest receives a warm, elevated welcome that aligns with the brand’s luxurious image. This temporary position starts immediately and lasts for three months, with the possibility of extension based on job performance and business needs. Candidates must be available to work a full 40-hour retail schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, reflecting the demands of a high-traffic retail setting.

The role involves greeting and assisting customers with an attentive and personalized approach, supporting the sales team during client appointments by providing beverage service, and acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador who can share insights about the brand’s heritage and collections.
