Job Description

Reimagined Parking is a leading parking management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative parking solutions. Situated in Milwaukee Downtown at 710 N Plankinton Ave, our company is deeply committed to creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated. We believe that great people drive great results, which is why we prioritize our teams, cultivate a positive culture, and relentlessly pursue excellence in all that we do. Our focus is on exceeding customer and client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in our parking facilities.

The Maintenance/Patroller role at Reimagined Parking is a vital position within our team. This hourly role, paying $17 per hour, offers flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends. As a Maintenance staff member, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks that ensure the smooth and safe operation of the parking facility. Your duties will include general upkeep and repairs, daily custodial work, and routine inspections of parking equipment to maintain optimum functionality. This position is not only about maintaining the physical state of the property but also about delivering courteous and professional customer service to guests and clients.

The Maintenance/Patroller will work closely with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to ensure that all cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met. Attention to detail is critical, from replacing lighting fixtures and overseeing minor repairs to maintaining the appearance of all painted surfaces such as poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, and gates. Regular checks of parking equipment, including ticket dispensers and gate arms, will be conducted to verify operational status and appearance, with repairs coordinated as needed. The role also requires removing debris and clearing ramps using various tools like shovels, snow blowers, and leaf blowers to guarantee safe and accessible parking areas.

In addition to the mechanical and custodial aspects, the Maintenance/Patroller is expected to maintain inventories of cleaning and janitorial supplies, ordering replenishments through established procedures. A significant part of the position is guest interaction, where professionalism and respectfulness are paramount. You will assist guests with inquiries and concerns, escalating any issues to management promptly. Reporting accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and facility problems is a key responsibility to uphold the high safety standards Reimagined Parking is known for.

Safety and efficiency are further emphasized by the requirement to operate company vehicles such as golf carts and other light-duty vehicles to maneuver safely within the facility. This role calls for an individual who is dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.

The physical demands include the ability to lift, push, or pull equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods. Working conditions involve exposure to weather, vehicle traffic, and noise in a parking garage or outdoor environment. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential to meet operational needs.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking employment with a respected company offering a supportive work culture, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Joining Reimagined Parking means becoming part of a dedicated team focused on excellence and superior customer service in the parking industry. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time work, we offer benefits tailored to support your health, well-being, and professional growth, including paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
