Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs
- Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and minor construction
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
Job Duties
- Maintain overall community including common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems
- Ensure delivery of high-quality maintenance services and uphold industry standards
- Perform HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and minor construction repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure resident comfort and safety
- Oversee ground maintenance to keep outdoor areas clean and safe
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities and team efforts
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
