Job Description

Century Golf Partners Management is a reputable company specializing in the management and operation of golf communities and resort-style residential properties. With a focus on delivering exceptional living experiences, Century Golf Partners oversees numerous upscale Active Adult communities that combine luxury, comfort, and vibrant lifestyle amenities tailored for residents aged 55 and above. Their properties feature resort-style amenities designed to promote an active, enjoyable, and social environment for all residents. The company prides itself on maintaining high-quality facilities and ensuring each community operates smoothly and efficiently to meet resident needs while sustaining the beauty and functionality of its properties.

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable House Maintenance Staff member to join our team at one of our premier Resort Style Active 55+ communities. This position is integral to supporting the daily upkeep and operations of our expansive amenity campus, which includes a variety of recreational facilities and residential areas designed to provide a safe, clean, and inviting environment. As a Maintenance Technician, the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in maintaining the property's infrastructure by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure continued operational excellence.

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical, physical work and take pride in contributing directly to the quality of life for community residents. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide array of tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and maintenance of equipment such as commercial kitchen appliances, pool and spa systems, and fitness and recreational facilities. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician will respond promptly to maintenance requests, conduct routine inspections, and proactively identify and solve potential problems.

The position has a defined schedule from Friday through Tuesday, starting early in the morning at 5:00 AM and concluding the shift by 1:30 PM, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. This schedule supports a work-life balance while ensuring maintenance needs are met consistently throughout the week. The role demands physical stamina as it involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, frequently walking, climbing stairs, bending, and standing for long periods.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions. These benefits underscore our commitment to the health, well-being, and financial security of our team members. Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Arizona driver’s license, proven hands-on experience in general maintenance or related fields, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

This Maintenance Technician role is perfect for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to property maintenance who wishes to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and community enhancement.
