The Service Technician role at Greystar is designed for technical and mechanically skilled individuals who are passionate about maintaining and improving residential rental communities. This role is critical in ensuring that all buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas on the property meet Greystar's high standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. The position involves diagnosing and repairing issues reported by residents, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant apartments for new tenants through thorough make-ready processes.
