The company operates a portfolio that spans from Seattle to Everett and beyond, reflecting a diverse and expansive approach to residential community management. The company values integrity, compassion, teamwork, inclusion, growth, and customer service as its foundational principles, which contribute to its supportive and engaging workplace culture. 11Residential encourages professional and personal growth among its employees and strives to provide an environment where individuals feel valued and empowered to succeed. This culture directly benefits the residents, creating communities that are both comfortable and welcoming.
The Area Maintenance Technician position is a roving role within 11Residential’s portfolio, designed for maintenance professionals who are willing and able to travel to multiple properties, primarily between Seattle and Everett, with occasional travel to other locations as needed. This role is instrumental in maintaining and repairing apartment homes and common areas to ensure they meet the company’s high standards of quality and appearance. The position reports to a Regional Maintenance Supervisor and involves responding promptly to service requests, completing unit turns, maintaining property curb appeal, and conducting regular property walks. Technicians must deliver excellent customer service and effective communication with management and residents, ensuring minimal callbacks and a smooth turnover of market-ready apartments.
The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24 to $29, depending on experience and skills, plus a monthly $500 driving allowance to accommodate the travel requirements of the job. Additionally, new hires for this maintenance role are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months of continuous employment, further highlighting the company’s investment in rewarding hardworking staff. Performance-driven bonuses also provide supplemental earning opportunities, making this position financially attractive.
Candidates must possess strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently across varied property sites. The job demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy loads, walk significant distances daily, and work in diverse weather conditions. Successful applicants will have two or more years’ experience in property maintenance or a related field, preferably with multifamily property management exposure. Familiarity with property maintenance software such as HappyCo and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are advantageous.
This opportunity is ideal for maintenance professionals seeking a dynamic and engaging role within a respected property management organization committed to both employee and resident satisfaction. 11Residential’s promise to foster a welcoming, growth-oriented, and inclusive workplace makes this position an excellent career choice for those dedicated to quality and customer service excellence.
