Job Duties
- Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately
- inventory duties including receiving, rotating stock, and monitoring shelf life and code dates
- maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment
- perform daily checks to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
- ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the restaurant
- communicate effectively with team members about maintenance issues
- work independently to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems
