This full-time Maintenance Technician-Porter role based in Los Angeles, CA, offers an hourly wage between $26.00 and $28.00. The position involves responsibility for two properties, Rise and Main, requiring travel between these locations. The technician is expected to manage a wide array of maintenance tasks that encompass electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, along with exterior maintenance and general upkeep of the building. The role also includes ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of both properties. Working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 40 hours per week, the role also demands being on call for after-hours emergencies.
