The schedule is flexible to accommodate personal needs, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered shortly after employment begins.

This position requires the ability to work in various temperature conditions and to lift more than 25 pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of the job. Cross-training opportunities exist to gain experience in other areas such as cashier roles, facility maintenance, and leadership positions. Safety and customer satisfaction are always top priorities in this role, consistent with Love’s safety policies and procedures.
