The role of Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Hanover Laguna Niguel is a critical position focused on maintaining the property’s high standards. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is expected to perform quality maintenance tasks, respond to resident maintenance requests, and participate in preventative maintenance programs to prevent issues before they arise. A typical day for the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor includes routine inspections and property walks that cover the tour route, trash and dumpster areas, pool and fountain zones, landscaping, sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and building exteriors.
