We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the AMLI Redmond Way team, a newly established luxury apartment complex located in the heart of downtown Redmond. This expansive community houses 630 upscale units and features top-tier amenities such as pools, fountains, and beautiful shared spaces. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of quality and appearance expected at AMLI Redmond Way. The role involves handling a diverse array of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, appliance servicing, and general upkeep of the property’s exterior and communal areas. You will engage directly with residents, addressing service requests with professionalism and efficiency to ensure resident satisfaction and comfort.

This position is a hands-on role calling for a proactive maintenance professional who enjoys solving diverse technical problems in a fast-paced environment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible not only for reactive repairs but also for preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues before they arise. The role includes rotating on-call duties, ensuring that maintenance support is available during evenings and weekends to uphold the community's reputation for prompt, reliable service. Physical stamina and flexibility are essential since the job requires the ability to lift heavy loads and work within various settings around the property.
