The Maintenance Technician III role at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is an integral position responsible for leading and performing a wide range of engineering and maintenance tasks to ensure the resort operates smoothly and safely. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $22 to $24, along with the benefit of Daily Pay, which allows employees flexible access to their earned wages as needed.

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will oversee critical maintenance functions including responding to guest requests, performing preventive maintenance, addressing repairs, and managing special projects in alignment with the resort's management directives and safety requirements. The role also demands proficiency in construction and maintenance activities including drywall repair, flooring installation, tiling, and carpentry, ensuring that all tools and equipment like lifts, ladders, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are operated safely. Utilizing resort operations software such as HotSOS, reading blueprints, and consulting technical manuals are essential to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. You will also participate in procurement and inventory management to guarantee necessary materials and tools are available and organized.

Excellent communication skills are crucial as you will be interacting professionally with resort staff and guests to identify issues, provide timely resolutions, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
