As a Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with performing high-quality maintenance work consistently across multiple trades within single-family homes. This role is not just about technical repairs but also about providing excellent customer service that contributes to resident satisfaction. The role requires regular evaluation and proactive maintenance including scheduled ProCare visits designed to maintain the condition of homes and prevent issues before they arise. Using a mobile app platform, you will document each visit comprehensively and schedule subsequent maintenance visits, ensuring continuity and thoroughness in service. The Maintenance Technician educates residents about maintenance procedures and functional systems of their homes, promoting resident involvement and understanding. Attention to detail is crucial as you assess property conditions and report urgent issues to property management. You will also have the opportunity to perform repairs in vacant homes, contributing to the market readiness of properties.

The company provides all necessary tools, materials, and vehicles, and expects technicians to properly maintain them. A typical workday involves planning ahead by reviewing upcoming appointments and making sure all equipment and materials required for the jobs are prepared.
