Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
General computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Superior customer service skills
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Ability to work independently
Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications
