You will respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, prepare vacant units using comprehensive make-ready checklists, and maintain communal spaces, including pool areas and exterior landscaping. A key responsibility includes participating in an emergency on-call rotation, demonstrating readiness and reliability to handle urgent maintenance issues outside of regular hours.

This is a non-exempt, full-time position offering an estimated hourly wage between $23.25 and $26.00, dependent on skills and experience.
