In this position, the technician is tasked with performing daily maintenance duties such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, preparing vacant apartments for new residents based on a detailed Make Ready Checklist, and maintaining the property’s exterior and pool areas. The individual also participates in an emergency on-call rotation, thereby playing a critical role in ensuring resident safety and property upkeep.
