The starting wage for this position is competitive, ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of skilled maintenance in ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for both guests and staff.

As a Maintenance Technician II, individuals will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of maintenance and cleaning duties assigned by the facility manager. These duties include preventive maintenance in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring all aspects of the hotel’s physical environment are well-kept and maintained to the highest standards.
