Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
valid driver’s license is required
minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade required
ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
general computer skills including operating a mobile device
strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
superior customer service skills including managing difficult customers and situations
working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
professional verbal and written communication skills
ability to work independently
ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
