Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior work experience required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive movements
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to biological, chemical, and physical hazards
- Availability to work day shifts
- Willingness to assist in emergency situations such as hurricane activation
- Commitment to comply with safety and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of code requirements, power tools, and appropriate building materials
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics

Job Duties
- Assist with emergencies such as hurricane activation plan
- Maintain logs and computerized preventive and corrective maintenance repair files
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, charts, work orders, schedules, and instructions
- Perform general maintenance functions including carpentry, painting, interior finishes, millwork, doors and windows
- Repair mechanical equipment and systems including motors, pumps, pneumatic tubes, plumbing systems, sanitary systems, water systems, medical gas outlets, plumbing fixtures, blowers, and fans
- Conduct routine to specialized preventive maintenance and safety checks
- Respond promptly to work orders and perform scheduled rounds
