The Maintenance Technician I role at HomeTowne Studios is an entry-level position that offers wages in the range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. This role is crucial in upholding the quality and safety of the hotel environment. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventive maintenance tasks and repairs within guest rooms and common areas to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition. This includes but is not limited to routine tasks such as painting, caulking, flooring maintenance, replacing light bulbs, and servicing toilet seats. Technicians also maintain the property’s landscaping, parking lots, and exterior appearance, ensuring that the environment remains welcoming and free of debris.
