Serving over one million businesses, Cintas offers a wide range of solutions, including uniforms, facility services, safety products, fire protection, restroom supplies, and more. The company is committed to helping customers get Ready for the Workday by ensuring their operations run smoothly and their work environments uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

The company fosters a supportive work atmosphere where employees can develop their skills and advance their careers.

The Maintenance Technician I role at Cintas is a critical position focused on the upkeep and repair of equipment within an industrial laundry facility. This full-time, regular, first-shift position involves supporting the maintenance team by assisting in the repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of industrial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers. Attention to safety is paramount, as this role also includes addressing safety concerns, maintaining clean and organized work areas both indoors and outdoors, and managing inventory supplies related to maintenance activities.

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of two years of experience working with industrial processing equipment, either in a manufacturing setting or military environment. The role requires an ability to interpret maintenance literature and blueprints, a solid foundation in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, and the physical capability to stand for extended periods during an eight-hour shift. While having a high school diploma or GED is mandatory, additional experience or familiarity with boilers, HVAC systems, and welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing is highly preferred.

Working at Cintas offers numerous benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans with competitive premiums and multiple plan options, including a zero-cost option. Employees benefit from competitive pay, a 401(k) plan with company match and profit sharing, company-paid disability, life, and AD&D insurance, paid time off and holidays, as well as opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Cintas prides itself on offering stable employment and a positive working environment with a commitment to ongoing training and development.

Joining Cintas as a Maintenance Technician I means becoming part of a respected organization dedicated to supporting businesses with vital services that keep facilities functioning optimally. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to operational reliability and safety while growing both technical aptitude and professional career pathways in a dynamic, industrial setting.
