Since the renovation of its properties in 2018, the company has continued to enhance both the guest experience and the workplace for its employees through ongoing improvements and training initiatives. This role requires someone who can operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. The technician must also be able to perform self-room inspections and respond constructively to feedback provided by hotel management and trained team members during quality inspections. Furthermore, discretion is essential to maintain the confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.

HomeTowne Studios values employees who are willing to exert physical effort, including operating equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and who can comfortably work in non-climate-controlled environments. Candidates with about one year of maintenance experience, particularly with general tools, landscaping, and lawn mower equipment, will find this position well suited to their skills. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance with employee contributions starting as low as $54 for individuals and $297 for family plans on a semi-monthly basis, dental and vision coverage, employer-paid life insurance, paid time off (PTO), a 401K plan with employer match, and opportunities for career growth.

Joining HomeTowne Studios as a Maintenance Technician I offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the hospitality industry with a stable and growing company committed to quality, teamwork, and employee development. The role’s variety of tasks also provides daily challenges and the satisfaction of ensuring a safe, comfortable, and appealing environment for guests staying at HomeTowne properties.
