The role of Maintenance Technician I at Auburn Court, under the management of Fairfield, is an integral position focused on maintaining the high standards and curb appeal of the property. This position is responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Community Manager, which includes responding promptly to basic service requests and assisting in preparing apartments for new residents. Maintenance Technician I is expected to maintain the exterior of the property, including common areas, flowerbeds, grass, plants, and the pool, ensuring that these spaces remain inviting and well-kept. Duties also extend to trash removal, light cleaning, and use of equipment such as power blowers and pressure washers to uphold cleanliness and safety. Effective communication with the Maintenance Supervisor is essential, as is adherence to safety standards and compliance with health regulations.

This role offers an hourly pay range between $21.16 and $24.15, dependent on skills, experience, and location, and is classified as non-exempt.
