With the strategic acquisition of Luxco in 2021, a leading spirits producer, bottler, supplier, and importer, MGP has significantly expanded its Branded Spirits business, further augmented by the 2023 acquisition of Penelope Bourbon, which offers a wide array of uniquely blended expressions. MGP also excels in Ingredient Solutions by delivering wheat- and pea-based nutritional and functional ingredients aligned with current consumer health and wellness trends. The company maintains operations across the Midwestern U.S. as well as internationally in Northern Ireland and Mexico, highlighting its extensive reach and commitment to quality worldwide.
