The Maintenance Technician role at MGP Ingredients in St. Louis, MO, represents a vital position within the production team. This full-time role is focused on maximizing production line performance by conducting daily preventive maintenance, completing changeovers, and maintaining bottling and other production equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations. The role demands a hands-on approach, requiring proficiency in operating maintenance equipment including welding machines, cutting torches, mills, lathes, and drill presses. A strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems is essential, alongside solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
