We are currently hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Kyle, TX. This full-time, hourly position pays between $20 and $22 per hour, reflecting the value we place on skilled, dependable maintenance professionals. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of apartment communities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and minor carpentry jobs. You will be responsible for completing service tickets and work orders promptly and accurately, preparing vacant units for new residents by managing the turnover process, and maintaining clean grounds and common areas.
