The company’s culture emphasizes genuine relationships, shared values, diversity, and inclusion, which drives its commitment to people and excellence across all operations.

Greystar is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team in the Portland Metro area through Salem, supporting six properties including The Alden, Rivercrest, Lake Crest, The Payton, Park Plaza, Lancaster Terrace, and Village East Apartments. This position works closely with a team that fosters a fun and customer-oriented work environment.

The role also involves performing timely repairs on resident service requests, including appliance repair, completing the make-ready process for apartments before new move-ins, and maintaining outdoor spaces like buildings and parking areas. The position requires occasional on-call availability and may include travel between properties. Candidates should have practical skills in hand and power tools, experience with painting, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing, along with strong communication abilities and professionalism. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, adhering to safety standards, and participating in property inspections to uphold quality and safety. Greystar supports career growth through extensive training programs and a culture focused on development and long-term opportunities. Working at Greystar represents a commitment to excellent service, skilled maintenance, and proactive property management within a globally recognized enterprise.
