Job Description

ResProp Management is a leading multi-family property management company dedicated to helping people find their ideal apartment homes and building thriving communities. Since our inception in 2010, we have grown steadily and now manage over 20,000 units across various locations. Our success stems from a deep-rooted commitment to servant leadership and an emphasis on hiring top talent from both within the multifamily industry and other innovative sectors. This approach enables us to provide superior service to residents, support community development, and create value for property owners through expert management and maintenance.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the upkeep and optimal functioning of our properties while contributing to high resident satisfaction. As a Maintenance Technician, you will gain hands-on experience and training that prepares you to advance within the company, potentially assuming the responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor. Your daily work will focus on performing timely work order completions, maintaining safe and attractive common areas, and assisting in preventative property maintenance. You'll coordinate closely with supervisors and other maintenance team members, using technology to track tasks and performance effectively. Resident satisfaction and safety are paramount, and you will play a crucial role in inspecting and repairing property systems and ensuring move-in ready apartment units.

At ResProp, we value our employees and understand that a motivated workforce drives exceptional property management results. We offer competitive compensation between $24.00 and $27.00 per hour for this role, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions, paid time off, and discounted rent at our properties. We also emphasize career growth, providing performance feedback and development opportunities to help you advance your career in the multifamily housing industry.

Candidates must be dependable, have their own set of tools, and be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. If you are a proactive individual with general maintenance experience and thrive in team environments, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values your growth and contribution.
