ResProp Management is a dynamic and rapidly growing multi-family property management company that has been dedicated to helping people find apartment homes and building thriving communities since its inception in 2010. With a portfolio that has expanded to over 20,000 units and continues to grow daily, ResProp is committed to excellence in property management with a focus on servant leadership. The company prides itself on hiring top talent from both within the multifamily industry and beyond, ensuring a blend of innovation, expertise, and customer-centric service that elevates the living experience of residents and supports property owners' goals.
As a Maintenance Technician at ResProp Management, you will become an integral member of a skilled team entrusted with the upkeep and enhancement of apartment communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of technical skills through hands-on experience and comprehensive training, empowering you to advance your career and potentially rise to the position of Maintenance Supervisor. Your work will directly impact resident satisfaction by ensuring timely completion of work orders and maintaining the condition of common areas. You will contribute to the safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the property through diligent maintenance and repair tasks, including work on pools, laundry facilities, clubhouses, parking lots, and more.
The position requires strong coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and the rest of the team to prioritize and execute daily tasks effectively. Exceptional customer service skills are essential as you interact with residents, guests, and vendors, providing a supportive and professional presence on the property. Preventive maintenance is a key focus, as you will play a vital role in preserving property value by identifying and addressing maintenance needs before they escalate.
Preparing vacant apartments for move-in is another crucial responsibility, ensuring units are in excellent condition for new residents. In addition, you will maintain and repair critical building and site systems, utilizing software applications to track your workflow and performance metrics. This role suits individuals who thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where variety in tasks and continuous learning are part of the daily experience. ResProp Management values dedication, professionalism, and an eagerness to grow within the company, offering compensation and benefits designed to reward long-term career development.
