The Maintenance Technician role at Greystar's BluWater and Solara communities is a pivotal position within the company, responsible for ensuring the upkeep and operational efficiency of the properties managed. The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of technical and mechanical tasks to maintain the physical condition of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Key responsibilities include completing resident service requests, conducting routine maintenance inspections, repairing appliances and equipment, and preparing apartments for new residents through the make-ready process. The role demands knowledge in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment, along with a background in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and appliance repair.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $24.00 to $27.50 per hour depending on experience, skills, and geographical location.
