- Entry-level experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related fields preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the Maintenance Technician Lead with corrective, preventive, and routine maintenance tasks
- Support two-person work such as lifting, carrying, ladder work, and equipment handling
- Perform basic repairs under direction such as painting, patching, and fixture replacement
- Assist with light landscaping and grounds upkeep, including trash removal and debris cleanup
- Set up, break down, and clean work areas to maintain safe and organized job sites
- Pick up tools, parts, and supplies from vendors or the shop as needed
- Assist with organizing tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory
- Support the preparation of units, offices, and common areas for inspections, repairs, or events
- Learn safe operation of hand and power tools under supervision
- Observe and assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair tasks
- Participate in training opportunities and follow established safety and work procedures
- Follow all Housing Hope safety policies, including proper use of PPE
- Comply with WISHA, OSHA, and agency safety standards
- Promptly report safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues to the Lead
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support agency operations
