The role of Maintenance Technician at Tosca’s Service Center is essential for supporting the operational backbone of the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is skilled in both mechanical and electrical maintenance and who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting where safety and precision are paramount. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment and manufacturing system issues, ensuring the reliability and safety of machinery through preventive maintenance and inspections. Beyond machinery, this role also encompasses facility upkeep, including minor repairs such as plumbing, drywall, painting, and general cleaning. A critical part of this position is adhering to strict OSHA regulations and Tosca’s internal safety standards, notably the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program, which protects employees from hazardous energy during repairs and maintenance.

This opportunity offers a comprehensive compensation package with hourly pay ranging from $32 to $34 plus a $0.50 shift differential for those working the 2nd shift. The scheduled shift hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
