Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work on rotating shifts including 2nd shift
- Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks safely
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus
- Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry is a plus
- Ability to work 2nd shift or other shifts based on plant needs and seniority
- Authorized to work in the US
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on plant equipment
- Repair and rebuild equipment components as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly in a production environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe work environment
