They also coordinate with vendors and complete general maintenance work orders to ensure all property systems function optimally.

The Maintenance Technician responds promptly to resident service requests, adhering to fair housing guidelines, and documents all actions taken, including materials used and time spent. Emergency responsiveness is an important component of the Maintenance Technician's duties, with an on-call rotation system in place to address emergencies outside regular working hours.
