This breadth and depth of product offerings enable Novolex to serve a wide range of customer needs with both stock and customized packaging solutions.
Novolex is deeply committed to sustainability, guided by a vision centered on three pillars: its products, operations, and people. This commitment drives the company’s ambitious sustainability goals and steers numerous initiatives aimed at minimizing environmental impacts while promoting social responsibility. Through these efforts, Novolex not only advances its business objectives but also supports the well-being of the communities in which it operates.
Novolex is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its Jacksonville, FL facility. This role involves working 12-hour swing shifts alternating monthly between day (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) and night (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) shifts. Compensation for this position ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair, replacement, and installation of a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems critical to the manufacturing process. Safe operation of maintenance tools and equipment is paramount, and the ability to fluently use multi-meters to detect voltage levels is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills relating to wiring schematics and automated equipment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth production with minimal downtime by maintaining and quickly restoring essential manufacturing systems.
