This full-time position involves maintaining and repairing equipment, operating systems, structures, and grounds within our properties. Your contributions will significantly impact the quality of life for our residents by upholding the highest standards in maintenance and safety.

In this role, you will regularly inspect the residence and surrounding grounds to assess equipment functionality, maintain overall appearance, and ensure a secure environment. Typical duties include completing and documenting work orders under the direction of the Maintenance Director, addressing building and equipment repairs, and troubleshooting issues promptly. You will assist in managing inventories, preventive maintenance schedules, warranty documentation, inspections, and coordinating vendor work. Effective communication with residents and staff is essential, as is strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Legend Senior Living offers comprehensive benefits to eligible associates, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company-paid life insurance plan, and a variety of voluntary benefits like accident, critical illness, legal, and disability insurance. Additional perks include a 401(k) plan with discretionary company match, paid time off, holiday pay, scholarship programs, and opportunities for performance evaluations and raises. Bonus incentives are available, such as on-call and call-back bonuses, alongside employee recognition programs.

Joining Legend Senior Living means becoming part of a community-focused company that values growth and support for its associates. Employees benefit from ongoing training, educational support, and a caring work environment that prioritizes each individual’s potential and well-being. If you are a proactive and skilled maintenance professional committed to excellence and resident satisfaction, we encourage you to apply and contribute to a workplace that truly feels like a "home away from home."
