Specializing in industrial maintenance, ATS is dedicated to ensuring that factories operate smoothly and efficiently. Over the years, ATS has built a solid reputation as professionals in the field of industrial maintenance, offering services that enhance the productivity and reliability of manufacturing operations across various industries. This company combines expertise with innovation, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices to maintain and improve the performance of factory equipment and systems. ATS is committed to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where employees can grow, develop new skills, and contribute meaningfully to the company's mission.

This role is pivotal in supporting ATS's mission to make factories run better by ensuring machinery and equipment operate at their best. The position involves a range of responsibilities including break-fix and preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems, and performing detailed repairs and adjustments on manufacturing devices. You will be working with various types of industrial equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools, including welding when necessary. The role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing problems, sourcing and replacing defective parts, and ensuring equipment meets operational standards through rigorous testing and inspection.

This employment opportunity offers a competitive pay range from $31.70 to $40.55 per hour and is complemented by comprehensive benefits like medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, a 401k retirement plan with employer matching, tuition reimbursement, and more. ATS values career development highly, providing on-the-job training, technical self-study programs, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Safety is paramount at ATS, and employees are expected to adhere strictly to safety policies, rules, and regulations while maintaining situational awareness to identify and address unsafe behaviors and conditions. This role does require physical activity, including standing, walking, handling tools, climbing ladders or lifts, and occasionally lifting heavy loads over 50 pounds, all within often loud and factory-based environments where exposure to outside weather and hazardous materials is possible.

ATS is an equal opportunity employer that upholds fairness, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of employment. The company deeply values employees' well-being and professional growth and strives to offer a supportive workplace where technical challenges are met with teamwork and a commitment to excellence. If you have the necessary technical skills, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to contribute to an international industrial maintenance leader, this ATS technician role represents an excellent career path in a dynamic and evolving field.
