We are currently seeking a dedicated Hospitality-Focused Maintenance Technician to join our vibrant team at Cottage Grove Place. This role is integral to maintaining the physical comfort and safety of our community, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are functioning optimally and aesthetically pleasing. The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance tasks, including routine repairs, painting, refurbishing projects, preventive maintenance, and equipment upkeep. This position requires a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot issues efficiently, carry out minor building repairs, and support seasonal duties such as winter snow removal.
