Currently, CAHEC Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Full Time Maintenance Technician to join their site-based team. This role requires a technical professional with a versatile skill set capable of performing routine and minor repairs, maintaining property standards, and ensuring safety compliance. The Maintenance Technician position operates primarily in person across various site locations, with a flexible schedule to accommodate after-hours and weekend emergencies. The role is essential in assisting the Site Manager by maintaining the physical condition of the property and managing maintenance priorities efficiently and professionally.
