The Maintenance Technician position at Wallick Communities, based in Almond Village and Valleyview Village in Dayton, Ohio, offers a full-time role with a rotating on-call schedule and a competitive pay rate ranging from $21 to $24 per hour depending on experience. The technician will be an essential part of the team, performing maintenance duties that keep the community homes safe, comfortable, and attractive for residents.
