Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or repair work
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting
- Ability to travel between multiple store locations as required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use computerized maintenance management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work full-time
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in building maintenance or similar role
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and painting techniques
- Ability to use maintenance tools provided by the employer
- Good communication skills to report and document maintenance activities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license for traveling between store locations
Job Duties
- Performing interior lighting, electrical, plumbing and store repairs
- Performing exterior maintenance of building including building painting, curb/ramp painting, power-washing, and minor Common Area Maintenance repairs of landscaping, signage, and concrete/asphalt
- Identifying interior and exterior maintenance issues that need resolution by exterior vendors and entering those issues into Web Based Facilities Management program for assignment and completion
- Communicating recaps of stores visited, wins/opportunities found, as well as issues resolved on store visits
- Assisting stores with solutions to increase CLEAN presence
