We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our dedicated team supporting one of the world's largest online retail facilities. These roles are critical in maintaining the safety and efficiency of complex building systems and material handling equipment (MHE). The ideal candidates will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including automated conveyor and robotic systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with operational teams and clients.

The Maintenance Technician role involves hands-on responsibilities such as diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues on diverse equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently in accordance with safety standards. This full-time, in-person position offers competitive compensation, with salaries ranging from $64,334 to $71,552 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 1 year related experience and/or training
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with powered or non-powered hand tools
  • physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders
  • ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
  • good problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year of related experience and/or training
  • proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience using powered or non-powered hand tools
  • ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions
  • ability to move up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs or ladders
  • associate's or higher degree from a vocational school or college in mechanical or electrical field preferred
  • 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems preferred
  • experience with MHE safety standards
  • experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • experience with automated conveyor systems and controls
  • experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
  • ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
  • knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
  • experience demonstrating safety standards
  • troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems

Job Duties

  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
  • solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more
  • install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
  • complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines
  • track and store department inventory
  • cultivate positive working relationships with client and operations maintenance team members
  • perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned
