Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts
- capability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety compliance
- physical ability to handle heavy-duty equipment and perform manual tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 plus years of experience in industrial maintenance
- demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform maintenance tasks to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Manager
- capable of working in a high-speed manufacturing environment with heavy-duty industrial equipment
Job Duties
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- perform repairs on compression and injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment and maintain systems
- troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- repair and rebuild spare parts using hand tools, measuring instruments, blueprints and schematic
- work with Team Leads, Quality Assurance Technicians, PTMs, Molders, Lining Technicians, and Printer Technicians
- observe and enforce all safety, security, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP programs
- maintain cleanliness of production areas and machinery
- assist with building and grounds repairs, including snow removal
- utilize EAM maintenance management software to enter and close work orders, track parts, and log labor hours
