Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic plumbing skills
- basic building electrical wiring skills
- ability to use small power and hand tools
- HVAC repair experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- ability to work independently and under stress
- valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation

- knowledge of HVAC repair up to 5 ton

Job Duties
- installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment
- electrical work including basic building electrical wiring for low voltage and 120/208 volt single and three phase service
- plumbing repairs and maintenance
- HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
- roof repair
- replacement of doors, blinds, and tiles
- use of small power and hand tools
