The Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position ideal for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience seeking to advance their careers in a stable manufacturing environment. Working on-site day shifts from Monday through Friday, the technician will apply their expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and facility systems. This position pays competitively, ranging from $33 to $43 per hour, reflecting the technical skills and experience required. The role demands hands-on maintenance work involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural repairs to ensure operations run safely and efficiently. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, disassembling and reassembling machinery, and performing preventative maintenance to sustain optimal equipment performance.

This role is essential for maintaining continuous production flow and supporting facility infrastructure, making it critical to the company’s overall operational success. Candidates must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR regulations, given the sensitive nature of aerospace manufacturing.
