Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • related experience and/or training in maintenance
  • ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
  • effective communication skills
  • participation in rotating on-call schedule including weekend, evening, and morning availability
  • must have valid driver’s license
  • willingness to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
  • adherence to safety protocols and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas
  • thoroughness in completing tasks such as pre-move-out inspections, maintenance work orders, and documentation
  • managing inventory, scheduling vendors and contractors, obtaining supplies, and tracking materials
  • adhering to safety protocols and participating in safety meetings
  • effective communication with management, residents, vendors, and contractors
  • must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
  • valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property
  • high school diploma or GED with related experience and/or training

Job Duties

  • Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance
  • conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs
  • preparing vacant apartments for new tenants
  • managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • maintaining documentation
  • assisting in grounds upkeep
  • supporting cost-cutting efforts
  • participating in safety protocols
  • participating in a rotating on-call schedule with weekend, evening, and morning availability
