Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
related experience and/or training in maintenance
ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
effective communication skills
participation in rotating on-call schedule including weekend, evening, and morning availability
must have valid driver’s license
willingness to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
adherence to safety protocols and regulations

Job Qualifications

Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas
thoroughness in completing tasks such as pre-move-out inspections, maintenance work orders, and documentation
managing inventory, scheduling vendors and contractors, obtaining supplies, and tracking materials
adhering to safety protocols and participating in safety meetings
effective communication with management, residents, vendors, and contractors
must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property
high school diploma or GED with related experience and/or training

Job Duties

Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance
conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs
preparing vacant apartments for new tenants
managing inventory and ordering supplies
maintaining documentation
assisting in grounds upkeep
supporting cost-cutting efforts
participating in safety protocols
participating in a rotating on-call schedule with weekend, evening, and morning availability
