This full-time role involves performing maintenance tasks spanning various trades with a focus on proactive care and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include completing maintenance service requests, conducting proactive maintenance visits known as ProCare visits to keep homes in optimal condition, performing repairs to properties both occupied and vacant during the turnover process, and educating residents about maintenance aspects to ensure a positive living experience.\n\nThe role demands strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents, alongside technical skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, HVAC (minor repairs), and appliances. Although some training is provided, candidates should bring prior experience in residential or general building maintenance. Moreover, you will be expected to properly use and maintain company tools, materials, and vehicles, contributing to overall property upkeep.
