We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive HVAC & General Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining and servicing critical systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment throughout our KFC restaurant locations. The position demands strong technical expertise, a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate effective preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and uphold operational standards. Candidates should possess experience in general facilities maintenance, including minor carpentry and painting, to ensure that the restaurant environment is both functional and visually appealing.

The HVAC & General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, diagnosing malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and food service regulations.
