Job Requirements
- High school education or GED
- state journeyman's license or equivalent experience in a specialty trade
- valid Vermont driver’s license
- two to three years of experience in related trade
- ability to work Monday to Friday 3 pm to 11:30 pm shift
- good physical condition for manual tasks
- safe driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- state journeyman's license in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or chief engineer
- valid Vermont driver’s license
- two to three years of experience in related trades
- knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration systems is a plus
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all facility and building systems
- complete specialized repairs in areas of technical expertise
- perform general maintenance tasks for grounds, facility, and site upkeep
- provide plant operation and shift oversight as required
- monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards
- maintain accurate maintenance records
- collaborate with team members to address emergency repairs
