This position offers an exciting opportunity to join DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Maintenance Technician with a competitive pay rate of $25.60 per hour. Two different shifts are available to fit a variety of schedules: the 1B shift runs Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM with an additional $0.50 per hour shift differential; the 2nd shift covers Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential.

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of all equipment within the facility and conveyance systems. The primary responsibilities include adhering to OSHA safety requirements, performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as PLCs, conveyors, 3-phase electric systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and other related mechanical or electrical assets. This role also supports operational continuity by assisting in spare parts inventory management and collaborating with outside vendors to complete projects timely and safely. The Maintenance Technician is expected to document all work performed in the asset management system to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards.
