This role demands a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, including equipment installation, repairs, and upkeep of preventative maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will excel in various trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and wall/tile repair, ensuring the property remains in prime condition.
